Any other use or exploitation of any rights shall be subject to the prior and express authorization specifically granted for that purpose by the company or the third party holder of the rights concerned.

  6. Reproduce or copy, distribute, allow public access through any form of public communication, transform or modify the contents, unless you have the permission of the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted.
  7. Delete, hide or manipulate the intellectual property rights notes and other identifying data of the company’s rights or third parties incorporated in the content, as well as the technical protection devices or any information mechanisms that may be inserted into the contents.
  8. Obtain and attempt to obtain the contents by means or procedures other than those made available for this purpose, as appropriate, or expressly indicated on the web pages where the contents are located; or in general, of those usually used on the Internet because they do not involve a risk of damage or loss of use of the Web Space and/or the contents.
  9. In particular, and for information purposes only, the User undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material that: • In any way contrary, derogates from or violates fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized by the Constitution, international treaties and other applicable legislation.• Induces, incites or promotes criminal, denigrating, defamatory, violent or, in general, contrary to the law, morality, generally accepted good morals or public order.Induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear.• Induces or incites you to engage in practices that are dangerous, hazardous or harmful to health and mental balance.• It is protected by the intellectual or industrial protection legislation belonging to the company or third parties without the intended use being authorized.• Be contrary to honor, personal and family intimacy or the image of people.• Constitute any type of advertising.• Include any type of virus or program that prevents the normal functioning of the Web Space.

If you are provided with a password to access some of the services and/or contents of the Web Space, you are obliged to use it diligently, keeping it secret at all times. Consequently, it will be responsible for its proper custody and confidentiality, committing not to transfer it to third parties, temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to the aforementioned services and/or contents by outsiders. Likewise, the company is obliged to notify any event that may involve misuse of its password, such as, by way of theft, loss or unauthorized access, in order to proceed with its immediate cancellation. It is not responsible for the decisions that may be taken as a result of access to the contents or information offered.

The service may be interrupted or the relationship with the User immediately terminated if it is found that the use of its Web Space, or any of the services offered therein, is contrary to these General Conditions of Use. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, claims or expenses arising from the use of the Web Space.

You are solely responsible for removing, as soon as possible, the contents that may cause such damages, provided that this is notified. In particular, we shall not be liable for any damage that may result, inter alia, from:

  1. Interference, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, caused by deficiencies, overloads and errors in telecommunications lines and networks, or any other cause outside the control of the undertaking. 
  2. Unlawful interference by the use of malware of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any other.
  3. Improper or inappropriate use of the Web Space.
  4. Security or navigation errors caused by a browser malfunction or the use of outdated versions of the same. The administrator of the web space reserves the right to withdraw, totally or partially, any content or information present in the Web Space.

The company excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the misuse of the services of free availability and use by the Users of Web Space. You are also exempt from any responsibility for the content and information that may be received as a result of data collection forms, being the same only for the provision of services of queries and doubts. On the other hand, in case of causing damages for an illegal or incorrect use of these services, the User may be claimed for the damages caused.

You will hold the company harmless from any damages arising from claims, actions or demands of third parties as a result of your access to or use of the Web Space. You also agree to indemnify against any damages, which may result from your use of "robots", "spiders", "crawlers" or similar tools used for the purpose of collecting or extracting data or any other action by you that imposes an unreasonable burden on the operation of the Web Space.

7. HYPERLINKS

The User undertakes not to reproduce in any way, even by means of a hyperlink or hyperlink, the Web Space, as well as any of its contents, unless expressly authorised in writing by the person responsible for the file.

The company will automatically process these data and apply the corresponding security measures, all in compliance with the GDPR, LOPDGDD and LSSI. The User can access the policy followed in the treatment of personal data, as well as the establishment of the previously established purposes, under the conditions defined in the Privacy Policy.

The company reserves the right to use "cookie" technology in the Web Space, in order to recognize you as a frequent user and personalize your use of the Web Space by pre-selecting your language or more desired or specific content.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The company shall not be liable in all cases of inability to provide service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the government, and in general all cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Web Space, will be governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of the registered office of the Website Manager.

In the event that any stipulation of these General Conditions of Use is rendered unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, the company shall modify or replace that provision with one which is valid and enforceable and which, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and purpose of the original provision.
